Summary: This release introduces Guided Setup, a new first-run onboarding wizard that walks new users through the essentials so they can get CardStride Studio ready in just a few minutes.

Guided Setup

• New Guided Setup helps new users complete the key setup steps before landing in an empty Card Library.
• The wizard walks through connecting eBay, loading eBay setup details, choosing listing essentials, and reviewing recommended defaults.
• Guided Setup shows clear step-by-step progress and resumes automatically if required setup is still incomplete.
• After setup is complete, Card Library becomes the normal home screen.

Flexible setup flow

• You can choose Finish Later and return to Card Library, with a clear Continue Setup path when required setup still needs attention.
• While Guided Setup is open, CardStride Studio keeps normal workspace navigation out of the way so setup stays focused.
• Required setup details are collected inline, while Settings remains available later for advanced changes.

Clearer eBay setup

• eBay policies, inventory location, category, condition, and ship-from address are explained more clearly during setup.
• Recommended Defaults now better explain when Automation is off and remind you that settings can be changed later.
• Connect eBay setup recovers more cleanly when policy loading fails or times out.

Intake + Edit Card polish

• Intake’s first image step is clearer, with less repeated front/back guidance.
• Edit Card no longer shows the yellow Floor / Best Offer compatibility warning when Price Drops are turned off and the saved values only matter for Price Drops.

Fixes + polish

• Stale Connecting to eBay… status messages no longer remain or reappear after eBay is connected.
• The close-to-tray dialog now uses consistent CardStride Studio wording: Keep Running / Quit.

Edit Card improvements

• Edit Card has a cleaner layout with clearer section panels, collapsible sections, remembered preferences, and useful summaries when sections are collapsed.

More Sync Now updates without relisting

• Best Offer can now be set on new fixed-price listings and synced on eligible CardStride-managed active listings, including auto-accept and auto-decline thresholds.
• Listing photo changes can now sync through Review Changes → Sync Now without relisting when the listing supports in-place updates.
• Eligible sports-card details such as Team, Parallel/Variety, Sport, and League can now sync without relisting.
• Shipping Policy and supported package details can now sync on eligible active listings without relisting.

Intake workflow polish

• Leaving Add Cards / Intake with unfinished work now asks before discarding progress, while empty Intake still exits immediately.
• Personal Collection batches return to Select Images with a success message and refreshed Available Images.
• Intake screens are cleaner and more consistent, with improved layouts and image controls.

Photo and relist reliability

• Older staged photo edits now recover live eBay photo counts more reliably, so Review Changes can show the correct add/remove/replace count without discarding generated photos.
• Photo-baseline recovery now runs more safely in the background so Review Changes stays usable.
• Temporary eBay relist errors are retried automatically before seller attention is required.
• Automatic relist retries now stay grouped under one Completed Actions item, with attempt history in Result Details.

Fixes + polish

• Pending-change highlights in Edit Card are more accurate, so unrelated fields are not marked when only one change is staged.
• Additional Listing Photos controls are clearer and more stable.
• Buyer shipping-options previews use friendlier language instead of raw eBay service codes.

Website-to-desktop handoff

• Open CardStride Studio and device-link return flows now more reliably launch or focus the installed Windows app.
• After device linking, if the app does not open from the browser, you can launch CardStride Studio from the desktop or Start menu — your device is already linked.
• Installing or upgrading now refreshes the Windows cardstride:// app link so it points to the current CardStride Studio installation.

Card editing workflow

• Card editing now stays inside the main CardStride Studio workspace with a clearer title row and more consistent form controls.
• Guided image replacement now stays inside the Edit Card workspace, making it easier to update photos without managing stacked windows.
• Pending and scheduled status badges are clearer and no longer compete with each other.

Updates + background progress

• Download and install now fully quits CardStride Studio so the installer can replace files cleanly.
• The update confirmation button now says Download and install for clearer expectations.
• Background-task progress is clearer across CardStride Studio.

eBay connection + relist reliability

• Signing out of CardStride Studio now disconnects eBay for that CardStride account on this computer, so another sign-in cannot reuse the previous eBay connection. Your local Card Library is kept.

AI Identify improvements

• AI Identify is more conservative with uncertain eBay details and print-run formatting.

Card Library sorting

• Card Library column headers now reliably switch between ascending and descending when you click the same sortable header again.

• Double-clicking a Review Changes row now opens the card editor for that card.

Autopilot clarity

• Review Changes explains Autopilot timing more clearly, including when manual edits are intentionally skipped once before scheduling.
• Autopilot status now shows when Review Changes was last checked and when the next check is expected.

Card Library status feedback

• CardStride now shows clearer startup and background status messages while listing/workflow counts refresh.

• Safer active-listing import: Choose listings ending soonest (default) or ending latest, with clearer guidance that CardStride reads your active eBay listings first and then brings in a bounded batch locally.
• Optional larger import batches: Default import size remains 250 listings; you can choose 500, 1000, or a custom limit when you are ready for a bigger batch (with timing guidance for larger imports).
• Import next listings ending soonest: Bring in the next batch of listings you do not already have in Card Library, skipping eBay item IDs CardStride already knows—without tracking a cursor yourself.
• Clearer continue-import messaging: When every fetched listing is already in your library, CardStride explains what happened and what to try next instead of sounding like everything is already up to date.

Reliability fixes

• Scheduled relist photos: Timer-dispatched relist/create now refreshes listing photo intent like a manual retry, discards stale incomplete image snapshots, and avoids creating a replacement listing when no uploadable photos remain.
• Listing image upload guidance: When hosted image upload does not complete, CardStride treats it as an upload/retry issue first—not as eBay rejecting your photos.
• Retry selected now: After a successful retry from Completed Actions, the related failed action is cleared so your failure list stays accurate.

Fixes and polish

• Import Active Listings dialog: Fixed an error on open and simplified bounded-import controls so the default 250 limit is not duplicated confusingly.
• Card Library status badges: Combined statuses such as Relist Scheduled / Publish Failed stack more readably in the Listed column.
