CardStride Studio v0.8.17
What changed for sellers
Summary: Safer active-listing import controls for larger stores, clearer continue-import messaging, more reliable scheduled relist photos, and clearer guidance when listing image uploads do not finish.
New / improved for sellers
- Safer active-listing import: Choose listings ending soonest (default) or ending latest, with clearer guidance that CardStride reads your active eBay listings first and then brings in a bounded batch locally.
- Optional larger import batches: Default import size remains 250 listings; you can choose 500, 1000, or a custom limit when you are ready for a bigger batch (with timing guidance for larger imports).
- Import next listings ending soonest: Bring in the next batch of listings you do not already have in Card Library, skipping eBay item IDs CardStride already knows—without tracking a cursor yourself.
- Clearer continue-import messaging: When every fetched listing is already in your library, CardStride explains what happened and what to try next instead of sounding like everything is already up to date.
Reliability fixes
- Scheduled relist photos: Timer-dispatched relist/create now refreshes listing photo intent like a manual retry, discards stale incomplete image snapshots, and avoids creating a replacement listing when no uploadable photos remain.
- Listing image upload guidance: When hosted image upload does not complete, CardStride treats it as an upload/retry issue first—not as eBay rejecting your photos.
- Retry selected now: After a successful retry from Completed Actions, the related failed action is cleared so your failure list stays accurate.
Fixes and polish
- Import Active Listings dialog: Fixed an error on open and simplified bounded-import controls so the default 250 limit is not duplicated confusingly.
- Card Library status badges: Combined statuses such as Relist Scheduled / Publish Failed stack more readably in the Listed column.
Thanks for beta testing!
CardStride Studio v0.8.16
What changed for sellers
Summary: Safer large-store eBay imports, clearer background status while CardStride catches up, sold-order filters, a local shipment-resolved action, and more reliable listing photo and publish/relist flows.
New for sellers
- Safe Import / Large-Store Guardrails foundation: Bounded import options and clearer guidance make it safer to start from a larger eBay store without committing to an all-at-once workflow.
- Sold order visibility: Card Library Awaiting Payment and Awaiting Shipment filters help you find sales that still need attention.
- Mark Shipment Resolved: A local-only action clears an awaiting-shipment cue when eBay order data is stale but you have already handled the shipment. This does not update eBay or upload tracking.
eBay listing and import improvements
- Listing photos: Media API uploads now retry temporary eBay/network failures and show clearer guidance when an upload did not complete versus when eBay rejected uploaded images.
- Relist shipping: Retry and scheduled relist flows now refresh shipping details more reliably before publishing replacement listings.
- Publish Listings: When no rows are selected, the Publish Listings dialog now includes all ready listings, including mixed new listings and relist continuations.
Reliability and performance
- Background and startup status: Card Library now shows clearer status messages during startup refresh, eBay imports, Review Changes, Scheduled Actions, and other background work so the app feels more predictable while it catches up.
Fixes and polish
- AI Identify: Clearer temporary service/capacity messaging explains when identification is unavailable and no credits were charged.
- Status display polish: Sold-order substatus labels wrap cleanly in the Card Library status column.
Thanks for beta testing!
